Marketing Associate

About the role

The COOL Company, a global leader in AI-powered advertising technology, is looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Associate to drive its brand's creative output and manage its digital presence. You will ensure consistent communication across all channels, work closely with commercial, technical and creative teams, and report to Matthieu.

Key responsibilities

• Create creative advertising mock-ups (prospecting and campaigns) from client briefs in French and English
• Develop creative concepts for brands and maintain the website with client cases and new content
• Produce business presentations, sales collateral and video content
• Manage the LinkedIn community and build the social media presence
• Draft and send newsletters, track performance and report results
• Manage public relations and press partnerships
• Coordinate with sales, technical and creative teams, conduct competitive market analysis and support internal events

Required profile

• 5 years of experience in tech, adtech or martech companies
• Fluent French and English (spoken and written)
• Excellent writing and oral communication skills
• Strong grasp of digital advertising and social media trends (Meta, TikTok, Snap)
• Proven graphic design sense, autonomy and ability to work remotely
• Player/coach mentality, able to handle several projects and give direct feedback

• SEO knowledge and awareness of the advertising landscape
