After Sales Service Engineer – Hemodialysis Machines

About the role

We are seeking an After Sales Service Engineer for hemodialysis machines to perform on‑site installation, commissioning, maintenance and repair, and to provide technical training and support to customers in Casablanca and across Africa.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair of hemodialysis machines.
• Provide technical training to local agents, hospital technicians, and clinical teams.
• Collaborate with sales teams to address customer complaints, deliver on‑site or remote technical support, and offer pre‑sales technical assistance.
• Gather feedback from distributors and end users and work with the head office after‑sales team to resolve issues.
• Travel to other African countries as required.

Required profile

• Ability to install dialysis machines independently.
• Ability to learn and master new dialysis machines quickly.
• Professional English and French for work.
• Willingness to travel to other African countries.
• Experience with Fresenius, Nipro, B. Braun, or Baxter dialysis machines preferred.
