Management Consultant – Healthcare & Life Sciences

About the role

Join IQVIA's Consulting team covering North, East, and West Africa as a Management Consultant focused on healthcare and life sciences. You will work on diverse consulting engagements for pharmaceutical and life‑science clients, applying analytical and problem‑solving skills to complex client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver management consulting projects or components for life‑science clients.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, collect and validate data from multiple sources, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Prepare high‑quality deliverables, reports, proposals, and client presentations tailored to audience needs.
• Support project planning, monitor activities, and ensure timely, quality delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional and geographically dispersed teams, providing guidance to analysts as needed.

Required profile

• Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Economics, Business, Engineering, Public Health or related field from a leading university.
• 4–5 years of experience in management consulting, pharmaceutical industry, healthcare or life sciences.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and project‑management skills.
• Fluency in English; French preferred.
