AI Automation Specialist

About the role

Petra Brands is seeking an AI Automation Specialist who lives and breathes AI. You will help the company automate workflows, speed up operations, and make everyday processes smarter across its diverse consumer‑product portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for AI‑driven improvements.
• Design, build and deploy AI‑powered workflows for operations, sales, data processing and content creation.
• Integrate AI tools with current systems such as CRMs, spreadsheets and databases.
• Write and refine prompts to obtain consistent, high‑quality results from AI models.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand pain points and deliver tailored solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging AI tools and propose innovative applications.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with AI tools like Claude, Manus AI or ChatGPT.
• Comfortable using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make or n8n.
• Basic scripting ability in Python or JavaScript.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to break down messy processes.
• Excellent communicator who can explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
