AI Engineer Manager

About the role

Artefact is seeking an AI Engineer Manager to lead ambitious data projects that transform clients' marketing departments. You will work on international assignments, build strong client relationships, and mentor a high‑performing data science team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and deliver data‑driven projects, ensuring resources match challenges and skills.
• Collaborate with consulting counterparts to understand client needs and communicate project successes.
• Raise the competency level of the data science team and act as a technical role model.
• Research and develop new technical approaches, sharing best practices across Artefact.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in machine learning, mathematics, computer science or related field.
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience delivering data‑driven solutions in a corporate or consulting environment, preferably in consumer marketing.
• Proven experience leading technical projects in a business context.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, intellectual curiosity and ability to prioritize for impact.
