AI‑Based IT Operations Platform Intern

About the role
Join STMicroelectronics as an intern to help design and implement an AI‑driven IT Operations platform. You will work on correlating IT events and preventing incidents, gaining hands‑on experience in modern IT service management.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and integrate AI models for detecting, classifying, prioritising and tracking IT incidents.
- Identify recurring problems and root‑cause patterns across the IT landscape.
- Analyse incident trends after system changes to improve reliability.
- Collect and correlate alerts from diverse IT systems.
- Link incidents to assets, services or configuration items for better visibility.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a Computer Engineering or Software Engineering degree program.
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in AI applications for IT operations.
