Application Support Specialist

About the role

Join the Global Applications Support Team to provide day‑to‑day application support and user training for Bernstein SG’s Global Equity Research and Sales activities. You will work closely with vendors, in‑house development teams and front‑office users across the US, Europe and Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily CRM and research‑authoring activities for Sales and Research users in a busy front‑office environment.
• Maintain research subscriptions, entitlements and manage submissions to interaction aggregators for client broker‑vote tracking.
• Provide support for events platforms, mobile applications and related technology systems.
• Promote best practices and user adoption through training, documentation and communications.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify user needs, implement new solutions and ensure data‑quality controls.
• Coordinate application upgrades, testing and ongoing support with vendors and development teams.
• Diagnose operational issues, work with local, external and global teams to resolve them promptly, and document processes and troubleshooting guidance.

Required profile

• Strong application support experience.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with Salesforce, advanced Excel, Agile methodology and JIRA.
• Basic SQL and scripting knowledge.
• Project coordination, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
