Area Sales Manager – Human Nutrition (Pasta & Extruded Products)

About the role

Buhler Group in Casablanca is seeking a passionate and skilled professional to join the team as an Area Sales Manager for Human Nutrition. The role focuses on strengthening customer relationships, driving growth, and coordinating the network between customers and Bühler at all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customers' targets, issues, and needs; build strong relationships and networks with key decision makers.
• Grow share of wallet by identifying opportunities, cross‑selling, managing complex sales and tender processes, and coordinating a unified approach with the sales team and regions.
• Monitor assigned markets, conduct independent market analysis, and provide feedback to influence strategic market development and product differentiation.
• Plan and execute customer/prospect visits, prepare and conduct sales negotiations, and set priorities to leverage Bühler's competitive advantages.
• Work constructively with product management and internal stakeholders, maintain accurate account and opportunity data, and establish comprehensive action plans.
• Assist customers with technical know‑how, act as a role model for other Customer Relationship Managers, and co‑develop focused sales strategies with sales management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Milling Science or Food Manufacturing.
• 5‑10 years of experience in the machines manufacturing industry.
• Fluent communication in English and French.
• Proven ability to work in a matrix organization.
