Assistant Director of Rooms – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Assistant Director of Rooms will support the Hotel Manager in leading the Front Desk, Guest Services, Concierge, Guest Experience and Housekeeping teams at Four Seasons Hotel Rabat. This senior position ensures exceptional service delivery and operational excellence across the Rooms Division.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of Front Desk, Concierge, Guest Services, Guest Experience and Housekeeping.
• Act as senior leader for Rooms Division in the absence of the Division Head.
• Lead, inspire and develop team members, fostering a collaborative culture.
• Drive operational excellence, identify opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and efficiency.
• Monitor departmental performance, control costs and maximize revenue while maintaining service standards.
• Ensure compliance with Four Seasons policies, local legislation and health & safety regulations.
• Provide executive weekend duty coverage in coordination with the Director of Food & Beverage.
• Deliver personalized guest experiences that exceed expectations.
