Revenue Analyst

About the role

The Revenue Analyst will support Four Seasons Hotel Rabat’s revenue optimization strategy by providing detailed analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring. Reporting to the Revenue Manager, the role contributes data‑driven insights that help maximize profitability and guide commercial decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business performance metrics such as Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, RGI, booking pace and market share.
• Prepare demand forecasts, profitability analyses and monitor reservation trends, cancellations, no‑shows and length‑of‑stay patterns.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to support pricing and inventory strategies.
• Produce and distribute revenue reports, audit rates and reservation data, and develop dashboards highlighting key trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, Front Office and Finance to influence pricing, inventory and distribution decisions.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
• Previous experience in revenue management, reservations, sales analytics, finance or a similar analytical role within hospitality.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the capacity to interpret large data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Fluency in English; French and Arabic highly preferred; eligibility to work in Morocco.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Opera PMS.
• Experience with IDeaS RMS.
• Experience with Demand360 or similar business intelligence platforms.
