Associate Consultant Intern – Winter 2027

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team as an Associate Consultant Intern for the Winter 2027 term in Morocco. You will work in small, cross‑functional teams to help leading brands solve strategic challenges using data and technology.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic consulting projects across multiple industries, including financial services, retail, hospitality and more.
• Analyze data, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations for clients.
• Create clear, compelling presentations for internal teams and client stakeholders.
• Participate in problem‑solving sessions, structuring challenges and exploring solutions.
• Engage in volunteer and team‑building activities and network with senior leaders.

Required profile

• Undergraduate or accelerated master’s student expected to graduate in spring 2027.
• Demonstrated passion, analytical excellence and strong communication skills.
• Interest in business strategy and consulting, with a willingness to learn quickly.

Required skills

• Experience with data analysis or querying tools such as SQL, SAS, Excel or Tableau.
• Ability to structure problems, conduct quantitative analysis and present findings.
