This senior position will shape strategic growth initiatives, expand market presence, and drive revenue through effective enrollment management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage prospective student enrolments generated via education agents across Morocco.
• Identify and develop new market opportunities and revenue streams.
• Lead sales and marketing activities, using industry trends to inform strategic planning and forecasting.
• Prioritise high‑potential opportunities to maximise profitability.
• Build and maintain relationships with high‑profile clients, agents, and students, ensuring expectations align with deliverables.

Required profile

• Proven experience recruiting students for French higher‑education institutions.
• Professional fluency in French.
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Significant experience in the education sector, especially colleges or universities.
• Track record of creating strategies to acquire business in new regions and grow existing markets.
• Experience working with B2B education‑agent partnerships.
• Previous involvement in international student recruitment.
