Bar Supervisor – Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort

About the role

The Bar Supervisor will lead the bar team at the Taghazout Bay Marriott Resort, ensuring high‑quality service and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. This full‑time position combines staff management, guest interaction, and operational oversight in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect staff grooming and attire, correcting any deficiencies.
• Communicate with guests and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Monitor the dining area for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest well‑being.
• Complete work orders for maintenance and perform regular inventories of supplies, food, and liquor.
• Manage stock levels, requisition supplies, and handle cash bank operations accurately.
• Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating employees.
• Enforce company policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality standards.
• Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, and ensure professional communication.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in food & beverage.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
