BI Expert - Power BI Reporting Factory

About the role

AXA is looking for a BI Expert in Sala El Jadida, Morocco, to build and maintain reporting factory solutions using Power BI. The ideal candidate is a data engineer or similar professional with a strong background in data analytics and visualization, who understands business needs and can model them effectively. Fluency in French and English is required.

Key responsibilities

• Build and deploy reporting factory solutions based on Power BI.
• Build official reports and dashboards for all products and services covered by the reporting factory, aligned to product and service operating models.
• Maintain, update and support key stakeholders from a BI perspective.
• Work in a multicultural team across many global locations, using an agile methodology.

Required profile

• More than 5 years of experience creating and maintaining Power BI reports.
• Power BI certification.
• Fluent French and English, with strong communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural setting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and to work remotely with colleagues worldwide.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform and connectors to external data sources.
• Good knowledge of PowerShell and confidence in writing and maintaining scripts.
• Strong proficiency in MSBI tools: SQL Server, SSAS and SSIS.
• Extensive Power BI development experience, data modelling and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Data consolidation, data warehousing concepts and familiarity with agile delivery.
• Nice to have: Azure Data Services (Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, Data Lake), Microsoft Fabric, MS Graph API and Active Directory.
