Cloud Security Expert (Prisma Cloud)

About the role

AXA Group Operations, the operational centre of excellence for the AXA Group, is looking for a Cloud Security Expert in Sala El Jadida, Morocco. The role covers the public cloud environment, its security posture and the use of Prisma Cloud, working closely with AXA entities and with Palo Alto.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and secure the public cloud environment and review security-related changes on public cloud platform components.
• Implement and control security analysis for platform upgrades, changes and compliance requirements, and suggest effective security controls for cloud platforms and services.
• Work with entity teams to ensure compliance and remediation of security issues such as vulnerabilities and non-compliance with AXA standards.
• Resolve technical tickets on Prisma Cloud opened by AXA entities in BAU, and follow up monthly with entities to present KPIs and answer questions.
• Maintain the tool by reporting bugs and proposing new features to the vendor (Palo Alto), and follow up weekly with Palo Alto on ongoing issues and cases.
• Support entities with operational needs such as resource extraction, workshops and alert notifications, and create custom Prisma Cloud policies for specific AXA standards.
• Implement new security standards developed by the group security or the entities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; an MSc in Information Security is a plus.
• 4+ years of experience in operational security on public cloud providers such as Azure and AWS.
• Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, regulatory compliance and security services.
• Knowledge of Azure architecture or AWS architecture, or both.
• Knowledge of Secure by Design, SecOps and DevSecOps principles, change management and the SDLC, and of security incident management.
• Ability to work in a matrix organization, strong communication and negotiation skills, and English is mandatory (French optional).
