About the role
TELUS Digital is seeking a bilingual (French and English) Customer Service Representative to support its Canadian market. The role involves handling both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction while working in a 24/7 environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer and place calls in French and English for Canadian customers.
- Resolve inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
- Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements.
- Adapt to rotating night shifts as required.
Required profile
- Fluent in French (minimum B2) and English (minimum B1).
- Previous experience working in a call‑center environment.
- Residency in Casablanca; students are not eligible.
- Willingness to work rotating hours, including night shifts.
Required skills
- Strong verbal communication in French and English.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.
- Basic computer proficiency for call‑center software.
