Bilingual Relationship Manager & Appointment Setter (French/English)

About the role

We are a growing Canadian lending organization seeking a professional, relationship‑focused team member to expand and strengthen our network of mortgage brokers and industry partners. This remote position involves building meaningful conversations that generate new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to mortgage brokers and industry professionals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and referral partners.
• Schedule meetings and presentations for the sales team.
• Develop and update broker profiles, call notes, and follow‑up activities in our CRM.
• Learn and understand our lending products, programs, policies, and qualification guidelines.
• Identify potential lending opportunities and refer qualified prospects to sales and underwriting teams.
• Participate in product and industry training sessions.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Experience with CRM systems and business software.
• Professional, proactive, and customer‑focused mindset.
