Bilingual Sales Representative (English/French) – Call Center

About the role

Foundever is seeking bilingual (English‑French) sales representatives to join a dynamic call‑center team serving a leading Canadian entertainment brand. You will handle both inbound and outbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service while promoting the company’s products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions efficiently.
• Present, promote, and enhance the brand image, products, and services.
• Learn and communicate procedures, product specifications, sales terms, and legal obligations.
• Maintain strict adherence to security and confidentiality policies.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and French with excellent verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a customer‑oriented attitude.
• Sales‑driven mindset with the ability to work night shifts.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
