Bilingual Sales Representative (English/French) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Sales Representative who is fluent in English and French to join our remote team. You will work closely with the Sales Manager to drive new business, nurture client relationships, and support daily sales operations for our air duct cleaning, HVAC, and insulation services.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls and emails.
• Prospect, qualify, and convert potential clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide market feedback and client insights to management.
• Coordinate scheduling, follow‑ups, and cross‑department collaboration.
• Perform general administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Dedicated remote workspace ensuring confidentiality.
