Bilingual Sales Representative (French & English) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual Sales Representative fluent in French and English to join our global sales team. Working remotely from a home office, you will promote and sell eTeacher Group’s online learning services to prospective customers via phone and email.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and email outreach to generate new business opportunities.
• Analyse customer needs and present tailored solutions.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms and close sales to meet monthly quotas.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and follow up on leads.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with clients.

Required profile

• Native‑level English and fluent French.
• Proven experience in phone‑based sales with a track record of meeting targets.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
• Highly self‑motivated, able to work independently in a quiet home environment.
• Availability for five flexible shifts per week.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience using CRM tools.
