Bilingual Short-Term Rental Property Manager (Guesty)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (French-English) short-term rental property manager to run a portfolio of holiday homes. Working remotely, you will handle the full guest journey from booking to checkout, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end reservations and keep property listings up-to-date across all booking channels.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing concierge-level support before, during and after their stay.
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams, scheduling tasks to maintain property standards.
• Create and publish social-media content to promote the properties and reinforce brand consistency.
• Perform administrative duties such as record-keeping, reporting and email correspondence.

Required profile

• Proven experience in short-term or holiday property management.
• Familiarity with Guesty or a similar property-management platform.
• Fluent in both French and English (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional, guest-focused tone.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
