Bilingual Supply Chain Planner & Buyer (English/French)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual (English‑French) Supply Chain Planner & Buyer to join our international supply chain team. The role combines demand and inventory planning, purchasing, supplier management and inbound logistics coordination, ensuring product availability while controlling inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor inventory, consumption, sales forecasts, seasonality and supplier lead times through the ERP system and adjust replenishment parameters.
• Forecast demand, identify potential stock‑outs, excess inventory and slow‑moving items, and adapt purchasing plans accordingly.
• Create, process and manage purchase orders for suppliers in France, Europe, China, India, Turkey and other markets, ensuring accurate quantities, pricing and delivery terms.
• Maintain regular communication with French and international suppliers, track order status, resolve discrepancies and expedite at‑risk deliveries.
• Coordinate inbound logistics with freight forwarders, carriers and warehouses to ensure timely delivery from order placement to receipt.
• Analyse inventory trends, recommend actions to improve working capital and product availability, and escalate significant supply risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Supply Chain Planner or Buyer in an international environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French.
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for working with data and solving operational problems.
• Ability to own the end‑to‑end supply process and collaborate across sales, operations, warehousing and logistics teams.
