Bilingual Virtual Customer Support Agent (French/English) – Remote

About the role

TalentPop App is seeking fluent French and English speakers to join its remote team as Virtual Customer Support Agents. In this role you will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering fast, friendly, and professional assistance across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in both French and English.
• Resolve issues related to orders, technical problems, and general questions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions using CRM tools.
• Navigate internal systems such as Zendesk and Salesforce to track and manage tickets.

Required profile

• Bilingual fluency at C1/C2 level in French and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO, call centre, or SaaS environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
• Reliable home office setup with stable internet (≥25 Mbps), a quiet workspace, and a quality headset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zendesk.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.
