Blue-Collar Recruiter Specialist

About the role

Yazaki is seeking a Blue‑Collar Recruiter Specialist to lead the full recruitment cycle for blue‑collar positions at its Tangier plant. The role focuses on attracting, assessing and onboarding skilled workers to support our automotive production operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process for blue‑collar roles, from sourcing to onboarding coordination.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Screen candidates and conduct interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience and fit.
• Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
• Ensure a smooth, positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Align recruitment activities with internal procedures and Smart Recruiters requirements.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date candidate information in the recruitment system.

Required profile

• BAC+5 degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience within the automotive industry.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with candidates and internal teams.
