Booking Agent – Rotating Shifts

About the role

As a Booking Agent at Nuitée, you will join a global travel‑technology company and handle hotel reservations from start to finish. This entry‑level position is part of the Customer Service team and offers a clear path to more advanced support and leadership roles.

Key responsibilities

• Call hotels to obtain confirmation numbers for each reservation.
• Record confirmations accurately in the internal system.
• Prioritise high‑volume bookings, focusing on the most urgent cases.
• Update tickets with clear status information for the team.
• Escalate missing information or issues to the appropriate colleague.
• Ensure all assigned bookings are completed accurately and on time.

Required profile

• Confident spoken and written English communication.
• Some prior professional experience (travel‑industry experience not required).
• Ability to make frequent outbound calls and perform precise data entry.
• Strong organisational skills to handle repetitive, high‑volume tasks.
• Capacity to prioritise urgent tasks over easier ones.
• Ownership mindset – reliable and trustworthy in completing work.
