Business Analyst – Fintech

About the role

Kenz'up is seeking a Business Analyst to turn business requirements into clear functional specifications and help drive data‑informed decisions across the company. You will work closely with product, marketing, engineering, operations and business development teams to monitor performance, uncover insights and improve processes.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track product, business and operational metrics.
• Analyze data to extract insights, identify growth opportunities and support strategic decision‑making.
• Conduct market, competitive and user‑behavior research to inform product strategy.
• Collaborate daily with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.
• Map, document and continuously improve business processes for greater efficiency.
• Support the creation of business models, financial projections and product performance analyses.
• Prepare concise presentations for leadership and cross‑functional audiences.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Experience working in fast‑paced environments and managing multiple priorities.
• Background in fintech, technology companies, consulting or similar analytical settings.
