Business Control Specialist Morocco

About the role

The Business Control Specialist ensures the management of the company’s financial and operational performance by delivering reliable, relevant, and timely analyses to the management team. The specialist prepares and monitors budgets, implements KPIs, analyses variances, and supports strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, coordinate and consolidate annual and forecast budgets with all departments.
• Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure profitability and operational efficiency.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual results and forecasts, recommending corrective actions.
• Produce regular financial reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) for management and stakeholders.
• Identify cost‑optimization levers to improve operating margins.
• Provide financial analyses to support strategic decisions.
• Assist in financial management of investment or transformation projects.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, accounting and tax regulations.

Required profile

• Master (Bac +5) in finance, controlling, accounting or a business school degree with a finance specialization.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in financial reporting, business control or auditing, preferably in transportation, logistics or multi‑product organisations.
