Business Development Executive - Forex

About the role

A growing team in the Forex and financial markets sector is hiring a Business Development Executive in Rabat, Morocco, on a hybrid work model. The role suits a motivated, results-driven candidate with proven experience in the Forex industry.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Forex market.
• Acquire and onboard Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates and strategic partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Generate qualified leads and convert opportunities into active business.
• Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for expansion.

Required profile

• Previous experience in the Forex / CFD industry is mandatory; applications without it will not be considered.
• Proven experience in business development, Forex sales or IB acquisition.
• Good understanding of Forex trading products and brokerage operations.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented and commercially driven.
• Fluency in French and English is preferred.
