Business Development Manager – Casablanca

About the role

Fresha, an AI-powered operating system for the beauty and wellness industry, is looking for a Business Development Manager to take ownership of growing its presence in Casablanca, turning salons, barbershops, spas and clinics into Fresha partners. The role owns the full sales cycle and the market, with the chance to build the pipeline, win new business and shape Fresha's growth in Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets, driving new business growth across the Morocco market
• Proactively reach out to key decision-makers by phone, email and social media, and respond quickly to qualified inbound leads to build a strong pipeline
• Own the full sales process, from prospecting and qualification through product demos, negotiation and close
• Understand each partner's needs and goals through discovery and needs analysis, and position the right Fresha solutions
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth partner experience and share insights on market trends and customer needs
• Act as a trusted commercial point of contact for partners, building strong relationships and supporting their growth

Required profile

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of consistent results
• Experience in SaaS, online marketplaces or payment platforms is highly desirable
• Natural relationship builder who turns prospects into long-term partners
• Organised, able to manage multiple opportunities and priorities throughout the sales cycle
• Curious, eager to learn and develop skills
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is desired

What we offer

• Base salary of 14,000 MAD plus performance-based variable pay, earning full OTE at 100% of target and more with the accelerator model
