Junior Sales Specialist - Account Growth Morocco (Casablanca)

About the role

Fresha, an AI-powered operating system for the beauty and wellness industry, is looking for an Associate Account Manager (Account Growth) in Casablanca, Morocco. Morocco is a new market for Fresha, and you will manage a portfolio of existing accounts, building strong relationships, understanding their goals and identifying opportunities to increase revenue, strengthen retention and introduce businesses to more of what Fresha offers.

Key responsibilities

• Own your targets across retention and revenue growth, proactively engaging with accounts and helping them get more value from Fresha.
• Upsell by understanding account performance and introducing businesses to additional features and services.
• Build strong relationships through regular meetings and become a trusted point of contact for each business.
• Maintain a consistent contact strategy across accounts to keep businesses engaged.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of SDR experience or 1-2 years of revenue-generating account management experience, with a track record of delivering results.
• Fluency in Arabic, French and English.
• Commercial mindset: enjoying spotting revenue opportunities and working towards targets, ideally within SaaS.
• Enjoys getting to know customers and building lasting relationships.
• Ownership, adaptability and a problem-solving mindset in a fast-paced environment.
