About the role

ASBIS is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand the Bang & Olufsen brand across North-West Africa. The role blends business development, channel management, partner development, and project sales, focusing on luxury residential and smart‑home ecosystems.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new and existing business opportunities throughout the region.
  • Build relationships with developers, interior designers, architects, and smart‑home integrators to secure referrals and specifications for Bang & Olufsen solutions in high‑end projects.
  • Collaborate with third‑party solution providers such as Lutron, KNX, and other control‑system partners to generate project‑based opportunities.
  • Support mono‑brand and multi‑brand partners in driving sales performance and strengthening brand representation.
  • Develop and execute client‑eling initiatives with stores to grow the customer base and increase repeat business.
  • Utilise CRM tools to reactivate dormant customers and support targeted engagement campaigns.
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage new channel partners aligned with Bang & Olufsen brand values.
  • Take full ownership of sales growth and commercial performance across the assigned region.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in business development, channel sales, retail development, or project sales.
  • Background in premium consumer electronics, luxury brands, smart‑home solutions, or audio/video products.
  • Strong network within architecture, interior design, real‑estate development, or smart‑home ecosystems (advantageous).
  • Commercial mindset with a track record of delivering sales growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a regional role and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel across North‑West Africa.
