Business Operations Analyst – Arrowsphere

About the role

Join ArrowSphere, Arrow’s cloud management platform, and help simplify multi‑cloud software delivery for 27 Arrow entities worldwide. As a member of the FinOps team you will ensure data availability, reliability and accuracy on the platform while supporting AWS operations across Europe and North America.

Key responsibilities

• Perform daily AWS operational tasks such as configuring, onboarding/off‑boarding accounts, updating billing details, reconciling accounts and processing orders.
• Reconcile monthly AWS invoicing for all countries, analyse discrepancies and conduct consumption and discount analysis.
• Collaborate with internal ArrowSphere teams (technical, infrastructure, support, data science) and provide timely responses to business, sales and finance inquiries.
• Support process improvements and projects, including implementation of new AWS models and documentation of new processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business or operations roles.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• Ability to navigate complex environments, highly organized and detail‑oriented.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Solid IT background with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of SQL is a plus.
• Comfortable taking on challenges and adapting to change.
