Salesforce CRM Developer

About the role

The Salesforce CRM Developer will design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions for a global organization. You will work closely with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical designs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deploy Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and Flows.
• Create and maintain integration solutions with external systems using SOAP and RESTful APIs.
• Produce technical documentation, including design specs, data models, and deployment procedures.
• Conduct unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure solution reliability.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive Salesforce development experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce security architecture, object‑oriented programming, and relational database design.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Required skills

• Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, Triggers.
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
• Integration using SOAP and RESTful web services.
• HTML, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON, XML.
• CI/CD pipelines and code optimization best practices.
