Business Transformation Manager

About the role

Allianz Services, part of Allianz Group, is looking for a Business Transformation Manager to drive the local implementation of strategic initiatives, transformation programs and continuous improvement activities. The role reports to the Head of Business Transformation / Local Management Team and works with Operations, Finance, Technology, People, Procurement, Risk and Facilities teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into structured transformation roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
• Lead and govern a portfolio of initiatives, including strategic projects, process improvement programs and capital investment projects.
• Develop business cases, monitor project performance, track benefits realization and report to management.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement through BPM, automation and innovation methodologies.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage change, governance, communication and adoption of new capabilities and operating models.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in business transformation, management consulting, program/project management or continuous improvement in a multinational environment.
• Proven experience managing complex cross-functional transformation programs and strategic initiatives.

Required skills

• Project portfolio management, business case development, financial tracking and benefits realization.
• Hands-on experience with BPM, process optimization, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile or equivalent.
• Data analytics, automation or digital transformation experience is a strong asset; interest in IT and GenAI is welcomed.
