About the role

The Butler at St. Regis Tamuda Bay delivers personalized, high‑touch service throughout the guest journey, from pre‑arrival planning to departure. Acting as the primary face of the Butler program, the role creates memorable, bespoke experiences that reflect the brand’s heritage of luxury.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute customized guest experiences during pre‑arrival, check‑in, stay, and departure, coordinating with all hotel departments.
• Lead and supervise Butler Valets, ensuring seamless service delivery and alignment with brand standards.
• Anticipate guest needs proactively, building rapport and responding swiftly to requests.
• Maintain a safe workplace by adhering to company policies, quality standards, and uniform appearance guidelines.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and handling objects up to 50 lb without assistance.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of related hospitality or guest‑service experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lb.
