About the role

Deliver personalized Butler service by preparing and maintaining guest suites according to preferences and company standards, while providing in‑suite dining, amenities, and housekeeping support for ultra‑luxury guests.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver personalized Butler service by preparing and maintaining guest suites according to preferences and company standards.
• Coordinate and provide in‑suite services including dining, amenities, housekeeping support, laundry, packing/unpacking, shoeshine and special requests.
• Maintain accurate guest history records and communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments ensuring prompt recovery.
• Assist in booking reservations for restaurants, spa, shore excursions and private tours as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, inventory, and public health compliance in suites, pantries, and assigned areas.

Required profile

• Minimum of two (2) years Butler/guest‑facing services experience in a luxury environment.
• Excellent fluent English (verbal and written) and conversational proficiency in an additional language such as German, Portuguese, French, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin, Chinese, Japanese, Russian or Arabic.
• Professional butler or luxury service certification (e.g., International Butler Academy).
• Strong emotional intelligence with resourceful thinking and knowledge of conflict resolution, food and beverages.
• Comprehensive understanding of ultra‑luxury hospitality standards and bespoke guest service delivery.
• Mastery of formal dining etiquette, silver service and in‑suite fine dining presentation.
• Deep understanding of VIP, celebrity, and high‑net‑worth guest expectations.
