Calibration Synthesis Engineer – Powertrain

About the role

Stellantis is seeking a Calibration Synthesis Engineer to consolidate engine calibrations covering performance, fuel consumption, emissions, and drivability. You will ensure compliance with environmental regulations and initial specifications while collaborating with multiple internal teams in a complex technical environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate calibration activities for assigned projects.
• Provide MAP teams with required resources and support.
• Conduct and monitor vehicle testing campaigns.
• Arbitrate conflicts between different calibration streams.
• Lead calibration strategy review meetings before calibration freeze.
• Maintain and update calibration synthesis databases.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Mechatronics, Energy Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in testing, calibration or mechatronics, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of calibration activities, system validation and functional analysis.
• Proficiency in French and technical English (minimum B2 level).
