About the role
BLS International Services Ltd., a global provider of outsourced visa processing, document verification, biometrics, attestation, passport services and e-governance solutions, is hiring a Call Center Representative. The role involves answering calls, providing product and service information and working with French- and English-speaking customers during the morning shift.
Key responsibilities
- Answer calls professionally to provide information about products and services.
- Develop opportunities to upsell and cross-sell various products.
- Coordinate with the supervisor when handling important client complaints.
- Use the computer system to track, gather information and troubleshoot customer issues.
- Achieve productivity standards and goals while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of call center experience.
- French or English speaking.
- Working hours: morning shift.
Required skills
- Sales skills.
- Clear understanding of call centre operations.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Results-oriented, punctual and honest.
