Car Leader – Plant Engineering Team Lead

About the role

Lead the plant engineering team at Lear's Kenitra facility, driving project timing, new product launches and efficiency improvements in line with customer milestones and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and drive project timelines, ensuring on‑time launch of new projects.
• Support the plant to achieve forecasted efficiency and prepare for customer milestones.
• Lead CAPEX establishment, follow‑up and implementation of customer change requests.
• Introduce new technologies and ways of working to optimise processes and reduce labour.

Required profile

• Engineering degree with automotive experience.
• At least 4 years of project management experience in an automotive environment.
• First‑wiring experience is mandatory.
• Strong ability to prioritise work and manage multiple projects.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
