Chargé de développement EE

About the role

ALTEN Delivery Center Maroc is looking for an Electrical Development Engineer (Chargé de développement EE) to design and develop electrical components for automotive applications. The role covers the full development lifecycle, from concept to factory delivery, within a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop electrical components across all development phases.
• Design and validate alternators, starters, fuses, relays and Ecotech starters.
• Model battery systems (TBT) and develop 12 V power converters.
• Create and maintain detailed component development schedules, coordinating supplier and client activities.
• Manage risk mitigation plans and ensure compliance with project planning and PLM tools.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (BAC+5) in electrical, electrotechnics or power electronics.
• 1–3 years of experience in automotive electrical development.
• Strong command of English.
• Ability to lead, synthesize information and work collaboratively.
