About the role

We are seeking a Training Manager to oversee the entire training process, from identifying needs to evaluating outcomes, as part of our growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

Analyze training needs and contribute to the development of the training plan.
Design and structure training programs (training engineering).
Plan training sessions and coordinate logistics with partner organizations.
Manage financing mechanisms, including special training contracts (OFPPT / GIAC).
Verify the quality of teaching materials and assess training effectiveness.
Maintain training databases and produce regular reports.
Handle administrative and financial aspects related to training actions.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree +5 in Human Resources, Management or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi‑activity environment.
Strong command of office productivity tools.
Good knowledge of professional training schemes (OFPPT / GIAC).

Required skills

Proficiency with standard office productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
