Chargé(e) de Formation – Training Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Training Manager to oversee the entire training process, from identifying needs to evaluating outcomes, as part of our growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze training needs and contribute to the development of the training plan.
• Design and structure training programs (training engineering).
• Plan training sessions and coordinate logistics with partner organizations.
• Manage financing mechanisms, including special training contracts (OFPPT / GIAC).
• Verify the quality of teaching materials and assess training effectiveness.
• Maintain training databases and produce regular reports.
• Handle administrative and financial aspects related to training actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree +5 in Human Resources, Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi‑activity environment.
• Strong command of office productivity tools.
• Good knowledge of professional training schemes (OFPPT / GIAC).

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office productivity software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations).
