About the role

The Four Seasons Resort Marrakech is seeking a dedicated Chef de Partie to lead the night kitchen operations. This position is essential to maintaining the high culinary standards of the resort, supporting menu development, and ensuring seamless service during the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Adhere to all dress code and uniform procedures.
• Rotate through each station in the kitchen each night to ensure versatility.
• Assist in the creation and preparation of new menus and specialty dishes.
• Verify and complete the mise en place for each station before service.
• Communicate with the Sous‑Chef and Executive Chef regarding menu items, issues, and shortages.
• Work independently in the kitchen, maintaining autonomy.
• Follow standard recipes and plating presentations to uphold quality and consistency.
• Maintain good working relationships with other hotel departments and respond to their needs when required.
• Properly store all items at the end of each shift.
• Keep the work area clean, tidy, and organized according to Four Seasons standards.
• Report any incidents immediately.
• Uphold Four Seasons chain standards, encouraging staff to follow them.
• Handle emergency safety situations within the hotel.
• Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by management.
