Chef de Projet Génie Civil – Phosboucraa

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead the construction of the PFC LPH barracks in Phosboucraa for OCP/JESA. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle from planning to final hand‑over on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze execution plans and technical dossiers.
• Develop and continuously update the project schedule using Primavera P6.
• Drive site operations until definitive acceptance, ensuring quality, HSE, and contractual compliance.
• Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor budget, prepare monthly financial situations, and produce regular reports.
• Conduct progress meetings with JESA and Phosboucraa stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in construction site management.
• Proven experience with OCP or JESA projects is a plus.
• Strong autonomy and on‑site leadership abilities.
