Chef de rang – 5‑star hotel

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Chef de rang to join the food‑and‑beverage team of a prestigious 5‑star hotel in Agadir. The successful candidate will ensure a high standard of service for guests in the hotel’s restaurant and banquet areas, contributing to the overall luxury experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus and advise on wine and dish selections.
• Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain the cleanliness and arrangement of the dining area, tables, and service stations.
• Supervise junior service staff, ensuring they follow hotel standards.
• Handle guest requests and resolve any service issues promptly.

Required profile

• Formal qualification in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Proven experience in a high‑end hotel or luxury restaurant environment.
• Minimum secondary education (Baccalaureate) or higher.
• Fluent French and good command of English.
