About the role

The Authority of the Moroccan Capital Market (AMMC) is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Capacity Building and Accreditation Service in Rabat. Reporting to the Head of the Financial Education Department, the incumbent will design, implement and continuously improve training and accreditation programmes for market participants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine capacity‑building frameworks for the financial ecosystem.
• Oversee the planning, delivery and evaluation of training courses, examinations, certifications and labeling processes.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external trainers, experts and other stakeholders.
• Manage partnerships related to capacity‑building initiatives.
• Lead project cycles from feasibility studies to impact analysis, ensuring alignment with AMMC’s strategic objectives.
• Set service priorities and objectives in line with departmental strategy.
• Supervise, coach and organise the work of the service team.

Required profile

• University degree (Bac+4/5) from a recognized higher‑education institution.
• Minimum four years of professional experience within AMMC.
• In‑depth knowledge of AMMC’s activities, regulatory framework and financial market products.
• Strong analytical and synthesis abilities, with a collective‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office suite).
