About the role
PROMAN Morocco, a temporary work and human resources group, is recruiting for one of its clients a Civil Senior Coordinator (English-speaking) in El Jadida. The role supports the Civil Manager in overseeing contractors on site.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Civil Manager in managing contractors on site.
- Coordinate with all civil contractors so that site work is completed on schedule, to quality standards and in line with HSE requirements.
- Collaborate with the client to resolve construction issues under the guidance of the Civil Manager and Construction Manager.
- Assist the Civil Manager in mobilizing contractor resources.
- Organize weekly and monthly meetings with contractors, record meeting minutes and supervise their execution.
Required profile
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Immediate availability or a maximum one-month notice period.
- Willingness to move to El Jadida.
