Client Support Specialist – Night Shift

About the role

As a Client Support Specialist on the night shift, you will be the primary point of contact for Paysera’s e‑commerce and financial services customers worldwide. You will provide timely advice, resolve issues, and help maintain a high level of client satisfaction while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email and chat during the 11:30 PM – 8 AM shift.
• Escalate complex cases to senior team members or supervisors for prompt resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the company’s CRM system.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT to streamline routine tasks and enhance productivity.

Required profile

• Strong computer literacy and familiarity with standard office software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Arabic and French; additional languages are a plus.
• Motivation to learn and grow in a customer‑service environment.
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM software.
• Proficiency in using AI tools like ChatGPT.
