German-Speaking Customer Support Representative (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a German‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join our fast‑growing, fully remote team. The position is freelance, full‑time and starts on 21 September 2026. You will work five days a week with rotating days off, following a weekly‑planned schedule that may start between 8 am and 11 am CET.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone calls, emails and chat.
• Answer general and order‑related questions in German.
• Handle customer complaints and deliver appropriate resolutions.
• Escalate complex technical issues to the technical department.
• Report feedback, complaints and quality metrics to senior management.
• Perform other related customer service tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Fluent German (C1 level) and English (minimum B1).
• Ability to work full‑time remotely with a flexible shift schedule.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.

Required skills

• Laptop running Windows 10 or Windows 11.
• Minimum 6 GB RAM, Intel i5 processor, 256 GB SSD.
• Headset equipped with a microphone.
