Clinical Application Specialist – Morocco

About the role

The Clinical Application Specialist will act as the operational and clinical bridge between a global medical‑technology company and its network of hospitals, clinics, and key opinion leaders in Morocco. This position combines commercial coordination with hands‑on clinical expertise to ensure successful implementation of minimally invasive laser solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide sales coordination and administrative support to the regional commercial team, helping achieve business targets.
• Coordinate product delivery, installations, and service support with internal departments.
• Conduct product demonstrations and deliver clinical training programmes for surgeons, clinicians, and staff.
• Support product installations, onboarding of new clients, and ongoing technical and clinical assistance.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with hospitals, clinics, and key stakeholders.
• Represent the company at medical conferences, workshops, and industry events.

Required profile

• Degree in healthcare, biomedical sciences, nursing, medicine, or a related clinical/scientific discipline.
• Background in medical devices or the broader healthcare industry, preferably in a clinical application or product specialist role.
• Proven experience delivering product demonstrations and training clinicians.
• Strong presentation, communication, and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region and work autonomously.

Required skills

• Knowledge of minimally invasive laser technology for medical and aesthetic applications.
